Due to the excessive amount of unpaid receivables which the NYIC is experiencing, similar to other organizations and associations, we have implemented a policy of taking a credit card number at the door if we have not received your payment prior to the event.  This number will be held for 30 days.  At that time, if payment has been received, we will not process the card.  If it has not been received, we will charge the card for the event.
